About

With international tours spanning over ten years including original headline shows from Edinburgh to Somerset Bryony has developed a sound that melds elements of 70s pop, blues, rock and trip-hop. The upcoming debut album 'Dripfeed' beautifully demonstrates this blend & love of the liminal space between genres.

In 2025 alone Bryony has sung on Ed Sheeran's two tracks 'Azizam' and 'Sapphire' and opened Glastonbury Festival on the Pyramid Stage alongside Citizens of the World choir and after nearly 3 years since recording it, "Dripfeed" is nearly here.

My Story

I grew up near the East Coast of Scotland in a mad old building within walking distance of my best friends at the time: I'd blame much of my love and fascination with a varied and broad spectrum of music on being exposed to a wide and exciting merry-go-round of people in my childhood. I felt like a free-range stig of the dump and was welcomed into conversations with my parents' contemporaries and as such I was given a lot of space to be curious and hungry for new and exciting stories and sounds. I'd listen to a vast range of music including BeeGees, Fleetwood Mac, Velvet Underground, Ella Fitzgerald, Dire Straits, Dietrich Fischer-Diskau, Barbra Streisand, Ceolbeg and I'd also watch films (classic and more left-field, cult movies) which had the most profound expanding effect on my own sense of artistic limits or absence thereof.
